Immersive dining experience
The renovation of this venue into a Japanese restaurant in the heart of Grenoble offers a high-quality gastronomic stop in a refined and elegant setting. The project highlights the existing walls, which are particularly representative of local craftsmanship. The high ceiling is preserved in the main room, while a more intimate atmosphere is maintained in the adjoining spaces. At the heart of the restaurant, a special area offers full immersion: a traditional dining experience seated on the floor. The combination of glass and wood brings the lightness and refinement typical of Japanese aesthetics.
