Description
Refined elegance in an industrial setting
This industrial building now offers a unique exhibition and meeting space where history, art, and technology come together to awaken the senses. Located in the very heart of the Principality of Andorra, the interior layout offers a 400 m² space fully dedicated to the fusion of culture and automotive passion. It includes a showroom, a set of offices covering 300 m² also used for meetings and gatherings, and a 230 m² workshop that completes the project. The enhancement of the existing structure and the simplicity of the design create a strong contrast between the building’s original industrial language and the project’s modern character. The goal is to create a refined setting worthy of the prestigious vehicles it houses. The addition of a 300 m² wooden-frame upper floor allows for a level-by-level layout: the basement level (-1) houses the workshop, the ground floor (0) is dedicated to vehicle exhibition, and the upper floor (+1) offers a high-end VIP area with views over the exceptional showroom. A unique landmark in the Principality of Andorra, with a strong identity and an immersive atmosphere from the very entrance of the showroom.
