Description
Elevated offices at the entrance of the business area
This building occupies a strategic location at the entrance of a business area. Its vertical extension required a complex study of the existing load-bearing structure in order to rewrite its architecture and provide a modern additional space that enhances the built heritage. The concept of lightness guided this project, which opens wide views onto the vast landscape and the Alps. The steel column structure frees up the façades, which are treated as curtain walls with a peripheral terrace. Special care was taken in the design of the fully custom-made furniture, tailored to each space. Steel, glass, and wood are the essential components of this unique project.
