D2 – Feasibility Study SITE VALORIZATION Redevelopment of a Brownfield Site
The study focuses on the conversion of a brownfield site on the La Mure plateau into a sustainable and integrated project. It highlights: Land Use Planning: respectful urban integration, limitation of land consumption, improvement of soft and collective mobility. Sustainable Development: use of renewable energy, eco-responsible materials, rational water management, and landscape integration. Consumer Protection: diversification of the offer, promotion of local products, strengthening of services, and consideration of natural and technical risks. Social Contribution: support for employment, territorial cohesion, and improvement of quality of life. The study concludes that this brownfield site can become a lever for sustainable territorial development, balancing environment, economy, and social dimensions for the benefit of the plateau’s residents and users.
