Construction of five contemporary villas, integrated into the site and offering a varied residential typology. Key Issues: Heritage enhancement and compliance with PLU requirements. Meeting local demand for diverse housing. Landscape integration and sustainable approach (architectural quality, comfort, environmental respect). Conclusion: The study confirms the feasibility of a balanced residential project that combines heritage preservation with contemporary creation.
