Program: Renovation of existing apartments: thermal comfort, space redistribution, modernization of finishes. Creation of an additional floor for new apartments. Harmonious architectural integration with the urban environment. Challenges: compliance with the PLU and building volume, potential structural reinforcement, safety and accessibility standards. Conclusion: The study confirms the feasibility of this project, which enhances the built heritage while creating new apartments.
