Description
A Notary Office with Distinctive Character
The creation of a 210 m² notary office within an office building establishes a distinctive identity shaped by the institutional nature of the profession and the intent to offer a unique experience. The internal layout follows the functional flow, from the reception to the signing room, which has a direct exit to the building’s main hall, ensuring maximum confidentiality for clients. At the core of the layout are the notaries’ offices, followed by a space dedicated to clerks, which connects to the signing room. All the furniture is custom-made, based on the “mikado” theme that characterizes the building’s identity. The warm wooden flooring contrasts with the minimal black-and-white furnishings. Natural light flows into the heart of the office through the glazed internal partitions.
